Wayne L. Gardner
Wayne Gardner is an Arizona native, and has more than twenty five years of legal experience. Wayne is an expert in Real Estate law, helping businesses and individuals buy and sell properties.
Wayne’s background includes having served as Board President for the Mesa Family YMCA and been a Rotary member, as well as served as president of the board of Mesa public schools. In addition, he is bi-lingual, having lived in Latin American countries for eight years, including serving as president of the Santiago Chile East mission and Cuernavaca Mexico mission.
Wayne is currently the chairman of Legislative District 19 as well as a member of Arizona Multihousing Association. Wayne represents owners and managers in buying and selling properties and in landlord tenant leases and evictions, including commercial and residential forcible entry and detainer litigation. Wayne assists his clients on both the “business side” and the “litigation side.”
Wayne is one of a select group of attorneys who is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is admitted to several Federal Courts of Appeals, the United States Court of Military Appeals, and the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals. Wayne received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law.
